The parties noted the importance of Estonia’s participation in the Priority Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) initiative a particularly in financing the delivery of critically important U.S.-made weapons to Ukraine.
The Ukrainian side expressed gratitude to Estonia for its contribution to the Electronic Warfare Coalition and the Maritime Capabilities Coalition, which are focused on developing the capabilities of the Defence Forces of Ukraine and training Ukrainian military personnel.

The parties discussed the current security situation. The Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine briefed Deputy Commander of the Estonian Defence Forces on the situation along the frontline and the immediate requirements of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, the parties discussed technological aspects related to medical support.
